This site is ancient in internet terms, but was started only back in roughly the year 2000. An upgrade to MoveableType, which also added the Fantasist's Scroll, happened in the Fall of 2002. In 2004, after some questionable license changes by MoveableType, there was another upgrade to WordPress. Then, in the Summer of 2026, another upgrade happened, moving everything from plain HTML pages and a WordPress blog to Drupal for total site management.
Some of the old PHP-based tools and WordPress plugins have been re-developed for Drupal and you can find them via the main menu. If you're a fan of the Dungeons and Dragons role-playing game campaign setting called the Forgotten Realms, you can see a "widget" that shows a randomized weather update for that setting below. (To be fair, this is pretty specifically for Waterdeep, but that's the heart of the setting, so close enough.) I may eventually share that code as an installable module for Drupal, but I don't think that many enthusiasts will be running Drupal for a personal site like I do.
